Information and documentation:

Before you leave:

• It is essential to obtain a European Health Insurance Card.
• It is compulsory to take out personal accident insurance that meets the requirements of the Erasmus+ Program Guide before starting the mobility period. The preferred partner of the International Relations Office (IRO) is .
• Certificate of Attendance: document provided by the IRO confirming the mobility at the host university.
• Staff mobility for teaching mobility agreement: please click here to download and fill in.
• Signature of the teaching contract.

After returning:

• Deliver the Certificate of Attendance to the IRO.

Reports:

• Portuguese National Agency: on a separate online form, which must be filled in.
